In Tribute to Violet

This gregarious, larger than life, Percheron mare was an early rescue by Rosemary Farm, even before the non-profit was legally formed. It was her gaze that inspired a rescue that ended up including a pile of sick, untrained horses needing somewhere safe to land.

Violet grew (and grew!) remaining a loyal herd leader and protector of long ears, and was a crowd favorite.

We celebrate her life with this Giveaway, which will help to cover expenses for others in need.

Included is a special, 'raw' horsehair keepsake of Violet's mane, and a set of notecards featuring her image.

We miss our girl, Violet Ruth Beaujolais, and honor her with this gift to one lucky participant.
