Hay Racks to Improve Winter Feeding

We know Winter is coming. It's inevitable! Colder temperatures mean that every little piece of hay is crucial to keeping the Rosemary Farm Sanctuary herds healthy. And the price of hay continues to rise, making it that much more imperative that we put hay out in a manner that minimizes waste.

Our solution - hay racks! After trying a few of these, we were hooked, but getting more turned out to be a challenge! Finally, 10 have arrived, and with a slight discount and delivery, so they were $500 each! That's $500 x 10, or a $5,000 weekend goal!

These are valuable for winter food, for keeping hay off the ground and easy feeding. If anyone can help cover the cost of one, they may choose the location! Or maybe you contribute to a portion of one, even just $5 for the hay to put inside it, it is much needed! We are super excited about the winter prep and improved care!
