How does it work?
You choose your sponsorship level; we recommend from $10 to $150 but have many $5 sponsors and up! Your monthly contribution covers a portion of that horse's food, shelter and medical care.
Do I get to choose which horse I sponsor?
YES! If you have met one of our horses on a tour or have fallen in love online you can choose to support that horse. You can also ask us to pick from the ~100 rescued and protected for life at Rosemary Farm! Let us know a favorite breed or color or perhaps something about their personality and we'll match you up!
Can I gift the Sponsorship to someone else?
YES! Sponsorships are a meaningful gift for any occasion. You can tell us this is a gift and provide gift information when you donate.
When do I receive my Sponsorship packet?
We send your Sponsorship Certificate and Photo within 2 weeks of signing up. If this an urgent need, please email us or message us on Facebook.
When do I receive my complimentary calendar?
Calendars are mailed out at the end of November to arrive in December.
Am I the only sponsor for the horse I select?
Not necessarily. Sponsorships are shared support so more than one person may help support a horse's needs. Your donation will go to our general fund to support the daily needs of the equines. If you are interested in being an exclusive sponsor of a horse, please consider our Staydoption™program.
What is the minimum sponsorship period?
We consider a sponsorship to be a recurring donation of six (6) months or longer. You can set an end date when you sign up or leave it open-ended. You can always send us a note if you need to cancel in the future. If you want to support a horse for a shorter period, consider Feeding a Horse for a day or a week.
