Lisa & Zoey are on 'The Thundering Hooves' team competing in our Fantasy Trail Ride
Hello friends! I've signed up for a Fantasy Trail Ride to support Rosemary Farm Sanctuary, an amazing non-profit in New York State that rescues horses in need and protects them for life. Some are available for adoption, but many remain in sanctuary for life, thanks to caring people like you. We are raising money to feed their herd of 97 equines for a month.

I've chosen Zoey for my Fantasy Ride. Zoey is a dark bay Standardbred mare, a senior now, glossy and beautiful. She was saved from slaughter years ago, thin, lame, dripping milk from the baby pulled off her that morning, born to replace her on the road. While that is a hard truth to hear, Zoey recovered at Rosemary Farm, finding health, trust, and love again. She can generally be found at the senior barn, enjoying retirement with her beau Oliver (behind her in the photo above), safe for life in sanctuary. Zoey's story is just one of many happy endings made possible by Rosemary Farm.
